These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gitmd2pdf ("the Service"), operated by Mods Software, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 3257262) ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

gitmd2pdf is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that converts Markdown files, individually uploaded or all those in an entire Git repository, into professionally formatted PDF documents.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Fair use and limit changes. The monthly conversion limits above are intended for typical personal and business use. We reserve the right to modify the conversion limits, fair-use thresholds, and pricing of any plan at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service before they take effect, and your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new limits. If a change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel before the effective date and retain access until the end of your billing period (no partial refunds, per the paragraph above).
